Your side of the bed
is where I
want to be
and i hear you breathing
your heart beating
please stay with me tonight
I felt the world crashing
my pulse pounding
you werent there
I felt scared
so I just stared
painting pictures with my eyes
imaging your voice whispering
"It's gonna be alright"
Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
but you know
when my heart's the only one to hear
I discover my greatest fear
I need you and
I want you here
If that's alright
I'd like to share my place with you tonight

The Man in Black
The man in black
he says
Don't you worry bout a thing
cause I
and we
will find the end without seeing
so we circled the pits
felt the fire on our skin and laughed
Now the man in black sleeps
covered in snow
deep beneath the insults
felt world winds
gave a song to the sky
never took a dime
but I always felt his pain
without seeing he saw
the suffering of us all
so he suffered with a smile
to prove
it ain't so bad
the man in black
he says
even if it kills ya
at least you were worth killin'
that's got to mean something
so don't you worry bout a thing
cause I
and we
will find the end without seeing
the world will never be what it seems
and if you see it
you're not living
Now the man in black sleeps
covered in snow
deep beneath the insults
felt world winds
gave a song to the sky
never took a dime
but I always felt his pain
he says
Don't you worry bout a thing
cause I
and we
will find the end without seeing
so we circled the pits
felt the fire on our skin and laughed
Now the man in black sleeps
covered in snow
deep beneath the insults
felt world winds
gave a song to the sky

Fading Hours
From the top I clung
Felt a near sense of change
God must have felt you near me
Senses follow the scent
I lay whispering words I am unsure of
There you stood
Before me, proudly
Tugging on strings I have no recollection
But the silver sun felt it bitter
Hense the motions on the moon
Take it from here
I've seen better days
I'll stay behind, tonight
You'll forget these fading hours
Time will change your words
Proud will remain
Just, with your stature
Forget my name
Felt a near sense of change
God must have felt you near me
Senses follow the scent
I lay whispering words I am unsure of
There you stood
Before me, proudly
Tugging on strings I have no recollection
But the silver sun felt it bitter
Hense the motions on the moon
Take it from here
I've seen better days
I'll stay behind, tonight
You'll forget these fading hours
Time will change your words
Proud will remain
Just, with your stature
Forget my name
